The initiative ‘GastroHotel Weeks’, promoted by the City Council of Santa Cruz, through the Development Society, will continue from this Saturday, November 18 at the Kiki restaurant, located in the Urban Anaga hotel. This has been communicated by the CEO of the capital entity, Carmen Pérez, who explained that “on this occasion the gastronomic proposal is designed by the chef Gonzalo Tamames, along with the catering team of the establishment, and will consist of roasted sweet potato tataki with wreckfish”.
