When the Degusta Santa Cruz initiative began in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, it did so with one goal in mind: to bring the gastronomic offerings of the capital city closer to all those who live there and those who visit us.
To this end, the Santa Cruz City Council, in collaboration with the Development Society, created a decalogue aimed at all professionals working in the sector.
These are 10 guidelines, a gastronomic code to seek excellence and quality both in service and in the way of conceiving the city as a meeting place with flavors, to which all the establishments attached to Degusta Santa Cruz adhere.
