{"id":13542,"date":"2019-05-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-20T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/degustasantacruz.com\/santa-cruz-will-connect-producers-and-restaurateurs-of-anaga-in-gastrocanarias\/"},"modified":"2019-05-21T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-05-20T23:00:00","slug":"santa-cruz-will-connect-producers-and-restaurateurs-of-anaga-in-gastrocanarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/degustasantacruz.com\/en\/santa-cruz-will-connect-producers-and-restaurateurs-of-anaga-in-gastrocanarias\/","title":{"rendered":"Santa Cruz will connect producers and restaurateurs of Anaga in GastroCanarias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The capital will be present at the VI Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias, from tomorrow, Tuesday 21, until Thursday 23, at the Fairgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>The ninth deputy mayor and councilman of Economic Promotion, Alfonso Cabello, explained that &#8220;the stand of the Development Society will have a space in which there will be talks, showcooking, dialogues and tastings given by professionals of the gastronomic sector of the municipality&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor said that &#8220;new businesses, new gastronomic trends, innovative gastronomic initiatives, gastro-tourism experiences and the enhancement of Canarian products, zero kilometer and in particular, of the Anaga massif, will be the themes that will be addressed in the stand during the three days of the fair&#8221; and invited neighbors, visitors and industry players to approach the stands from 501 to 506 of the fairgrounds where all the specific programming of Santa Cruz will take place.<\/p>\n<p>The capital&#8217;s stand will have a tourist information point and the services of the Development Society&#8217;s Placement Agency will be provided, and there will be space for tastings thanks to companies such as Rustiko Panader\u00eda, Molino de Gofio La Salud, Queser\u00eda Luis Brito, Tortas de Panader\u00eda de Taganana, Molino de Gofio las Mercedes, Mieles Laurinagan, Miel de Alejandro Marichal, Vino Marba de Tacoronte Acentejo, Vino de Mora &#8211; Telesforo and Queso de las Carboneras &#8211; Sotera, counting in some cases, with the presence of the producers.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, on Tuesday May 21, the stand of Santa Cruz will host the conference &#8216;Anaga treasure of the Biosphere&#8217; by geographer Aar\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez; the presentation of the collective of &#8220;Chefs of Santa Cruz&#8221;; the colloquium between Domingo R\u00edos, Pedro Mill\u00e1n and Luj\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez entitled &#8216;Anaga-Territory of Opportunities&#8217;; the showcooking &#8216;Cocinas de Santa Cruz&#8217; with Marcos Tav\u00edo, Aborigen restaurant; and the conference &#8216;Bread and beer. Mix art-healthy &#8216;, of the Bakery R\u00fastiKo- Ag\u00fcita craft beer.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, the talk &#8216;Sustainable urban gardens of Santa Cruz&#8217; by the Huerto Urbano Toscal, the Huerto Urbano Ecologico A\u00f1aza and the Asociaci\u00f3n Agroecol\u00f3gica y Cultural La Alegr\u00eda de la Huerta; the showcooking &#8216;Cocinas de Santa Cruz&#8217;, with Pablo Amig\u00f3 of Restaurante Noi; the round table &#8216;Hotel Gastronomy&#8217; with representatives of the hotels Iberostar Grand Hotel Mencey, Hotel Silken Atl\u00e1ntica and Hotel Escuela de Santa Cruz; the round table &#8216;Chefs committed to the territory&#8217; with Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez from Restaurante San Sebasti\u00e1n 57, Carlos Villar from Restaurante La Posada del Pez, Marcos Tav\u00edo from Restaurante Aborigen, Nacho Solana from Solana Gourmet and Pablo Amig\u00f3 from Restaurante Noi. The day will conclude with the showcooking of Santa Cruz kitchens by Carlos Villar of La Posada del Pez.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday there will be the conference &#8216;Eco dining rooms of Santa Cruz&#8217; by the ICCA eco dining room program; the showcooking &#8216;Cocinas de Santa Cruz&#8217; with Nacho Solana of Restaurante Solana; the talk &#8216;Healthy is the new sexy&#8217; with La Gangochera de Anaga through Gastrobar Cruz del Carmen and Panza Burro; a networking with producers with the participation of Miel de Taganana; the round table &#8216;Service- building the storytelling of the gastronomic experience of Santa Cruz&#8217; with the presence of \u00c9rika Sanz from Restaurante Solana, Manuel Crusellas, Juli\u00e1n Quintero and Mayi Ju\u00e1rez; and the showcooking &#8216;Cocinas de Santa Cruz&#8217; with Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Margallo from the restaurant San Sebasti\u00e1n 57.<\/p>\n<p>The promotion of products of the capital is carried out within the framework of the project &#8216;Degusta Santa Cruz&#8217;, of which almost 200 establishments of the capital located in the five districts are part.
