The story tells that in the third decade of the 18th century, a group of fifty people from the Canary Islands managed to settle in a remote place of North America. After nearly one year of hard voyage departing from the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, they managed to settle down and lay the first stone of what is now the town of San Antonio in Texas. This was the starting point of a story that still survives today.
It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you to our humble restaurant, a tribute to the feats achieved a few centuries ago by those who lived in the harsh desert, the homeland to cowboys and bikers to this day.
